Customers should not ask a Daittoner to undertake unsafe or unlawful transport activities.
Customers and Daittoners are expected to treat each other respectfully.
Daittons does not tolerate:
Serious or repeated misconduct may result in action against an account or Daittoner profile.
If there is a problem with a service, payment or interaction:
Explain the problem clearly and try to resolve it directly.
If the matter cannot be resolved, you can contact Daittons for support.
Daittons may assist with dispute resolution through the relevant Country Daittoner.
The Country Daittoner may review the information provided by both parties, facilitate communication and help the parties work toward a practical resolution.
Daittons does not replace courts, regulators, law enforcement or other legally recognised dispute-resolution bodies.
If you believe that a Daittoner or customer has engaged in serious misconduct, fraud, threats, abuse or other unlawful activity, report the matter to Daittons as soon as possible.
Where appropriate, matters may be escalated to the relevant authorities.
In an emergency or where there is an immediate threat to someone’s safety, contact the appropriate emergency services or law-enforcement authority.
