Daittoner Management

Managing a Trusted Daittoner Network

Daittons is built around a network of local people who provide personalised support to Visitors in destinations around the world.

Maintaining a trusted network requires more than registering Daittoners. Daittons manages the network through profile requirements, verification, service standards, ongoing monitoring and local destination management.

Our goal is to ensure that Daittoners remain appropriately qualified, professional, available and compliant with Daittons requirements.

Country-Level Daittoner Management

Daittoners operating in each country are managed within the local Daittons network by the Country Daittoner, who acts as the Daittons custodian in that destination.

The Country Daittoner helps Daittons develop and maintain the local network while supporting Daittoners and Visitors in the country.

The Country Daittoner may assist with:

  • Daittoner onboarding
  • Profile completion
  • Local verification coordination
  • Local enquiries
  • Daittoner network development
  • Service-related support
  • Visitor and Daittoner communication
  • Complaints and dispute support
  • Local market information
  • Maintaining Daittons standards
  • Escalating matters to Daittons where necessary

The Country Daittoner operates within the authority, policies and procedures established by Daittons.

Daittoner Profile Management

Daittoners are responsible for keeping their profiles accurate and current.

This includes:

  • Personal information
  • Profile photo
  • Services
  • Skills
  • Experience
  • Qualifications
  • Languages
  • Location
  • Service areas
  • Availability
  • Rates
  • Transport information
  • Booking terms
  • Other relevant service information

Daittons may require a Daittoner to update information where it is incomplete, outdated or no longer accurate.

Verification Management

Verification is an ongoing part of maintaining a trusted Daittoner network.

Daittons may review verification information when:

  • A document expires
  • Important personal information changes
  • A qualification or licence expires
  • A transport document expires
  • New services are added
  • Additional verification becomes necessary
  • A legitimate concern is raised
  • Daittons’ requirements change

Daittoners may be asked to provide updated documents or complete additional verification.

Service Standards

Daittoners are expected to provide services professionally and in accordance with the Daittons Code of Conduct and applicable laws.

This includes:

  • Professional communication
  • Respectful treatment of Visitors
  • Honest and accurate profile information
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Appropriate personal presentation
  • Respect for privacy
  • Clear pricing and service arrangements
  • Responsible handling of Visitor information
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Additional standards may apply to particular services.

Elite Daittoner Management

Elite Daittoners provide services intended for VIP and premium Visitors.

Because of the higher service expectations associated with these Visitors, Elite Daittoners are expected to maintain consistently high standards of:

  • Professionalism
  • Grooming and presentation
  • Communication
  • Relevant skills
  • Experience
  • Local knowledge
  • Reliability
  • Service conduct

Elite status may be reviewed if a Daittoner no longer meets the applicable requirements.

Monitoring and Complaints

Daittons may review complaints, reports, service concerns or other information relating to a Daittoner’s conduct or services.

Depending on the circumstances, Daittons may:

  • Request an explanation
  • Request additional information
  • Review supporting evidence
  • Ask the Daittoner to update information
  • Require additional verification
  • Restrict particular services
  • Temporarily suspend a profile
  • Remove verification status
  • Suspend or terminate a Daittoner’s access to the platform

Actions will depend on the circumstances, applicable Daittons policies and relevant legal requirements.

Maintaining Accurate Information

Daittoners must notify Daittons when important information changes.

This may include changes to:

  • Address
  • Contact information
  • Identification documents
  • Criminal-record status
  • Driver’s licence
  • Vehicle information
  • Insurance
  • Professional qualifications
  • Professional registrations
  • Service areas
  • Availability

Providing false, misleading or deliberately incomplete information may result in account restrictions or removal from the Daittons network.

Temporary Unavailability

Daittoners can indicate when they are temporarily unavailable.

Where a Daittoner is unavailable for an extended period, they should update their availability so Visitors do not rely on outdated information.

Daittoner Conduct

All Daittoners are expected to follow the Daittoner Code of Conduct.

This includes maintaining professional boundaries, treating Visitors respectfully, protecting confidential information and avoiding conduct that could compromise the trust and reputation of the Daittons network.

Local Management, Global Standards

Daittons operates globally while recognising that every destination has its own laws, customs, languages and operating environment.

Country Daittoners provide local knowledge and destination-level support, while Daittons establishes the overall platform standards and requirements.

This approach allows Daittons to build a consistent global network while maintaining appropriate local oversight.

Our Commitment

Daittoner management is an ongoing process.

Daittons aims to maintain a network where Visitors can find local support with greater confidence and where Daittoners understand the standards expected of them.

Trusted destinations require trusted people, clear standards and responsible management.
