A complete, accurate and professional profile helps Visitors understand who you are, what you offer, where you operate and the type of assistance you can provide.
Before your profile can proceed to verification, you must provide the required information and complete your profile to the required standard.
Step 1: Create Your Profile
Your profile may include:

- Daittoner title
- Professional headline
- Short introduction

- Services and support categories

- Skills and areas of expertise
- Relevant experience
- Qualifications and credentials
- Languages
- Local knowledge

Only information appropriate for your public profile will be displayed to Visitors. Sensitive verification information and private documents are handled separately.
Step 2: Complete Your Profile
Daittoners are expected to provide comprehensive and accurate information.
Your profile should reach the required completion level before proceeding to verification.
A complete profile gives Visitors better information when choosing a Daittoner and helps Daittons determine which verification requirements apply to the services you offer.
Minimum profile completion for verification: 80%.
Profile completion and verification are separate stages. Completing your profile does not automatically mean that you are verified.
Step 3: Choose Your Verification Level
Daittons offers two verification levels.
Standard Verification
Verification fee: R300 / USD 20 once-off
Standard Verification is the normal verification process for Daittoners.
Depending on the services you offer, verification may include the review of:
- Identity document or passport
- Selfie holding your identity document
- Address information
- Contact information
- Next-of-kin information
- Criminal record or background information where applicable
- Qualifications and credentials where relevant
- Driver and vehicle documentation where transport is offered
- Other supporting information relevant to your services
Once the applicable verification requirements have been successfully completed, you may receive Verified Daittoner status.
Elite Verification
Verification fee: R500 / USD 30 once-off
Elite Verification is designed for Daittoners who intend to provide a higher level of service to VIP and premium Visitors.
Elite Daittoners are expected to demonstrate a higher standard of professionalism and service readiness.
This may include:
- Completing all applicable verification requirements
- Strong professional presentation
- Appropriate grooming and appearance
- Excellent communication
- Relevant skills and experience
- Strong local knowledge
- Professional conduct
- Reliable service delivery
- Appropriate qualifications or credentials where relevant
- Additional service-specific requirements where applicable
Elite status is intended for Daittoners who are prepared to maintain the standards expected when assisting VIP and premium Visitors.
Elite status is not simply purchased. The applicable verification requirements and standards must be successfully met before Elite status is awarded.
Elite Daittoner Standards
Elite Daittoners represent a higher level of service within the Daittons network.
They should maintain:
Professionalism
Professional communication, punctuality, reliability and respectful conduct.
Presentation & Grooming
A clean, neat and appropriate appearance suitable for the service and Visitor.
Relevant Skills
Skills and experience appropriate to the services they offer.
Local Knowledge
Strong knowledge of their destination and the areas in which they provide assistance.
Communication
Clear, courteous and professional communication with Visitors.
Service Standards
A commitment to delivering personalised assistance responsibly and professionally.
Elite Daittoners may be particularly suitable for services involving executives, business visitors, VIPs, premium travellers, private assistance and other higher-service requirements.
Verification Does Not Guarantee Service Outcomes
Verification and Elite status are intended to provide additional information and confidence when selecting a Daittoner.
However, verification does not guarantee a Daittoner’s future behaviour, character, service quality, availability or the outcome of a particular service.
Visitors should review the Daittoner’s profile, services, experience, verification status, reviews where available and agreed service terms before making a booking.

should be updated promptly.
Certain changes may require additional verification.
