Become a Country Daittoner

Represent Daittons and Build a National Network

A Country Daittoner is an appointed and verified representative who helps establish, coordinate and develop the Daittons network across a designated country.

The Country Daittoner supports City Daittoners, develops national service coverage, promotes professional standards and coordinates country-level reporting and commission remittances to Daittons Headquarters.

A Country Daittoner is also a Daittoner in their own right. You can provide services to Visitors, earn income from those services and receive additional remuneration for eligible representative responsibilities, subject to your appointment agreement and applicable Daittons policies.

Country Daittoners are appointed based on suitability, trustworthiness, organisational ability, performance and Daittons’ operational requirements. The role is suited to people who can build professional relationships, coordinate representatives across multiple cities and help establish a dependable national network.

Daittons — Destination Support.

What Does a Country Daittoner Do?

The Country Daittoner helps establish a strong national presence for Daittons by supporting City Daittoners, developing local networks and coordinating country-level operations in line with Daittons’ standards and procedures.

Your responsibility is to help build a dependable network that connects Visitors with suitable local assistance throughout your appointed country.

1. Develop the National Daittons Network

Identify opportunities to establish and expand Daittons in cities and destinations across your country.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Identifying destinations where Visitors need reliable local assistance.
  • Assessing local demand and existing service coverage.
  • Identifying suitable candidates for City Daittoner appointments.
  • Supporting the establishment of new city networks.
  • Encouraging appropriate coverage across service categories.
  • Identifying gaps in national service availability.
  • Supporting suitable local partnerships, subject to authorisation.
  • Monitoring network development and operational effectiveness.

The objective is to develop a reliable network that responds to genuine demand rather than simply recruiting large numbers of people.

2. Recruit and Support City Daittoners

City Daittoners help develop and coordinate the Daittons network within their appointed cities.

As a Country Daittoner, you help identify suitable representatives and support their development.

This may involve:

  • Explaining the responsibilities of a City Daittoner.
  • Identifying potential candidates for appointment.
  • Helping candidates understand Daittons’ policies and requirements.
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Encouraging accurate transaction reporting and timely remittances.
  • Monitoring communication and administrative performance.
  • Helping City Daittoners address routine operational challenges.
  • Reviewing performance and making renewal recommendations.
  • Escalating significant concerns to Daittons Headquarters.

All City Daittoner appointments remain subject to official approval by Daittons. A Country Daittoner cannot independently appoint representatives or grant official Daittoner verification.

3. Support Daittoner Recruitment and Onboarding

Help City Daittoners attract suitable local service providers and develop a reliable national network.

You may guide prospective and newly registered Daittoners on:

  • Membership and profile requirements.
  • Available service categories.
  • Profile completion and professional presentation.
  • Service areas and availability.
  • Verification requirements and procedures.
  • The Daittons Code of Conduct.
  • Transaction recording and reporting deadlines.
  • Commission calculation and payment procedures.
  • Connecting with Visitors through Daittons.

Daittons Headquarters retains responsibility for official verification standards, approval decisions, activation authorisation and central platform policies.

4. Develop National Service Coverage

Help ensure that Visitors can find appropriate assistance in the cities and destinations covered by Daittons.

Depending on local demand, the network may include:

  • Accommodation Assistance.
  • Business Visitor Assistance.
  • Personal Assistance.
  • Local Transport.
  • Language Support.
  • Remote Assistance.
  • Local & Tour Guidance.
  • Relocation Assistance.

Your focus should be suitable coverage, service quality, reliability and the ability of local providers to meet Visitors’ needs.

5. Support Service Quality and Professional Standards

Help promote consistent professional standards throughout the national network.

This may involve:

  • Encouraging clear communication and professional conduct.
  • Promoting timely responses to Visitors.
  • Identifying gaps in local service availability.
  • Reporting recurring service problems.
  • Promoting compliance with the Daittons Code of Conduct.
  • Helping City Daittoners address routine coordination challenges.
  • Escalating serious complaints, safety incidents and suspected misconduct.
  • Supporting compliance with Daittons’ policies and procedures.

Country Daittoners are not expected to personally supervise every service or guarantee the conduct of every Daittoner. Individual service providers remain responsible for their own services, conduct and legal obligations.

6. Coordinate Country-Level Operations

Help ensure that Daittons operates in an organised and accountable manner throughout your appointed country.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Maintaining communication with City Daittoners.
  • Coordinating country-level operational updates.
  • Consolidating commission reports and remittances.
  • Checking city-level reports and payments.
  • Identifying missing returns and financial discrepancies.
  • Maintaining accurate administrative and financial records.
  • Submitting country-level reports to Daittons Headquarters.
  • Reporting significant operational, financial and compliance concerns.

You must follow the established reporting and payment procedures and handle records and funds responsibly.

7. Help Connect Visitors and Daittoners

Visitors can access Daittons by browsing Daittoner profiles or submitting an Assistance Request.

As a Country Daittoner, you help strengthen the national network so Visitors have better access to suitable local support.

Your role is to help develop the people, service coverage and coordination needed to make Daittons a dependable destination support network.

How You Earn as a Country Daittoner

The role offers two main earning opportunities, subject to the applicable Daittons policies and your appointment terms.

1. Income From Your Own Services

As a Daittoner, you can provide services to Visitors and earn the applicable service-provider share.

The current transaction allocation is:

  • 85% — Service-providing Daittoner
  • 15% — Daittons platform commission

For example, if you personally provide a service for R1,000:

  • Your service-provider earnings: R850.
  • Daittons platform commission: R150.

Your earnings from personally providing services are separate from any remuneration you may receive for your Country Daittoner responsibilities.

2. Country Daittoner Representative Remuneration

In addition to providing your own services, you may receive representative remuneration for eligible transactions generated within your own appointed city.

The applicable arrangement recognises the additional responsibilities involved in country-level coordination and oversight. Your entitlement is determined by your approved appointment agreement, the eligibility of the transactions and the applicable commission and reconciliation rules.

Representative remuneration is not the same as income from personally delivering a service. It is subject to accurate transaction records, reconciliation, compliance and the terms of your appointment.

Where you personally provide a service in your appointed city, your service-provider earnings and any applicable representative remuneration are treated separately and must be recorded correctly.

There is no guarantee of a particular level of income. Earnings depend on actual completed transactions, eligible activity and compliance with Daittons’ requirements.

Verification-Fee Arrangements

Daittons may establish arrangements governing the allocation of eligible verification fees among authorised representatives and Headquarters.

Any representative entitlement to verification-fee income is subject to a formally approved policy, the relevant appointment terms and accurate reconciliation. No allocation should be assumed or promised unless it has been formally authorised by Daittons.

Verification-fee arrangements are separate from service transaction commission.

Country and City Daittoners must never promise successful verification in exchange for payment, bypass verification requirements or represent an applicant as officially verified before Daittons has completed the authorised process.

Biweekly Commission Collection and Reporting

During the initial manual-payment phase, the Country Daittoner coordinates the consolidation of commission payments from City Daittoners and remits the amounts due to Daittons Headquarters.

The current reporting process follows a Monday–Wednesday–Friday biweekly cycle.

Step 1: Service-Providing Daittoners Record Transactions

Each Daittoner must maintain accurate records for every relevant transaction, including:

  • The service provided.
  • Relevant transaction details.
  • The agreed service fee.
  • The amount received.
  • The applicable platform commission.
  • The payment date and supporting evidence.

Daittoners must submit their transaction records and applicable commission to their City Daittoner by the Monday deadline for the designated reporting cycle.

Step 2: City Daittoners Reconcile Local Transactions

Each City Daittoner checks the transaction records and payments received from Daittoners in their appointed city.

The City Daittoner must:

  • Review submitted transaction returns.
  • Check commission calculations and payments.
  • Identify missing returns or discrepancies.
  • Maintain appropriate supporting records.
  • Consolidate the city’s report and remittance.

The City Daittoner submits the consolidated city report and funds to the Country Daittoner by Wednesday.

Step 3: Country-Level Reconciliation

The Country Daittoner consolidates remittances from the appointed cities and checks them against the relevant reports.

This includes:

  • Confirming that expected remittances have been received.
  • Identifying missing payments and incomplete reports.
  • Checking reported transactions and applicable allocations.
  • Maintaining supporting financial and payment records.
  • Following up on discrepancies with City Daittoners.
  • Preparing the consolidated country-level report.

Any unexplained discrepancies must be investigated and escalated through the appropriate channels.

Step 4: Remit Funds to Daittons Headquarters

The Country Daittoner remits the consolidated funds and submits the corresponding report and proof of payment to Daittons Headquarters by Friday.

The Country Daittoner must maintain accurate records, report discrepancies promptly and comply with the established payment procedures.

Commission funds collected on behalf of Daittons must be clearly distinguished in the records from:

  • Personal earnings.
  • Payments for the Country Daittoner’s own services.
  • Authorised representative remuneration.
  • Any separately authorised verification-fee allocation.

Funds collected on behalf of Daittons must not be used for personal purposes, and unauthorised deductions must not be made.

The designated reporting dates, applicable deadlines, reporting channels, reconciliation requirements and any authorised exceptions are governed by Daittons’ current Commission and Biweekly Reporting Procedure and official instructions.

Annual Appointment and Renewal

Country Daittoner appointments are made for a one-year term, subject to annual review and renewal by Daittons.

Renewal may consider:

  • Performance, reliability and accountability.
  • Development of the national network.
  • Recruitment and support of City Daittoners.
  • Quality of country-level coordination.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Compliance with payment and reconciliation procedures.
  • Professional conduct and communication.
  • Compliance with Daittons policies and applicable laws.
  • Continued satisfaction of verification requirements.
  • The ongoing need for country-level representation.

Renewal is not automatic. Daittons may renew or decline to renew an appointment in accordance with the applicable appointment terms.

Country Daittoners are expected to demonstrate continued commitment, sound judgement and the ability to support the development of a reliable national network.

What Makes a Good Country Daittoner?

We are looking for people who are:

  • Reliable, organised and accountable.
  • Professional, approachable and trustworthy.
  • Strong communicators and coordinators.
  • Knowledgeable about their country and its major destinations.
  • Well connected within local communities or business environments.
  • Comfortable working with people from different backgrounds.
  • Capable of coordinating representatives across multiple cities.
  • Responsible when handling personal and financial information.
  • Fair and professional when helping address concerns.
  • Able to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
  • Committed to the Daittons Code of Conduct.

Experience in business development, tourism, hospitality, transport, administration, operations, finance, customer service or community coordination may be useful.

You do not need to personally provide every service category or operate in every city. Your primary responsibility is to coordinate and develop a reliable national network while retaining the opportunity to provide your own services as a Daittoner.

Verification and Appointment Fee

Country Daittoners must meet Daittons’ applicable identity, background and role-specific verification requirements.

An approved Country Daittoner appointment is exempt from the standard Daittoner verification fee, subject to Daittons’ approval and the applicable appointment conditions.

The exemption does not remove the obligation to complete the required verification.

Appointment as a Country Daittoner is subject to Daittons’ review and formal approval. Applicants must not represent themselves as appointed Country Daittoners until their appointments have been approved.

The appointment is for one year and must be reviewed for renewal.

Represent Daittons Professionally

Country Daittoners are expected to represent Daittons accurately and uphold the company’s professional standards.

You must:

  • Follow Daittons policies and procedures.
  • Protect confidential and personal information.
  • Treat Visitors and Daittoners respectfully.
  • Avoid misleading claims and manage conflicts of interest appropriately.
  • Handle commission funds and records responsibly.
  • Maintain transparent reporting and payment practices.
  • Report serious concerns and suspected misconduct.
  • Promote compliance with the Daittons Code of Conduct.
  • Follow applicable laws and professional standards.

A Country Daittoner must not independently approve anyone as verified, make unauthorised commitments on behalf of Daittons or introduce procedures that conflict with official company requirements.

Your appointment does not automatically authorise you to enter contracts, incur expenses or bind Daittons to third-party commitments unless that authority has been expressly granted.

Build Daittons Across Your Country
