Daittons (Destination Support)

Become a Country Daittoner

Lead the Daittons Network in Your Country

A Country Daittoner is a local coordinator who helps build, support and develop the Daittons network within a specific country.

If you are well connected, organised, trustworthy and passionate about helping people, you can become a Country Daittoner and help grow local destination support in your country.

Daittons — Destination support.

What Does a Country Daittoner Do?

The Country Daittoner acts as a local point of coordination between Daittons, Daittoners and customers.

Your role is to help develop a reliable network of Daittoners and support the quality of services available in your country.

Your responsibilities may include:

Recruit Daittoners

Help identify and attract suitable local people who can become Daittoners.

You can help prospective Daittoners understand:

  • What Daittons is
  • How Daittoner Membership works
  • Available services
  • Verification requirements
  • Code of Conduct
  • Commission arrangements

Support Daittoner Onboarding

Assist new Daittoners through the joining and onboarding process.

You may help them understand how to:

  • Create their profile
  • Select services
  • Define service areas
  • Present their skills and experience
  • Complete verification
  • Start connecting with customers

Support Verification

Assist with the local coordination of the Daittoner verification process where required.

Verification must follow Daittons’ established requirements and procedures.

A Country Daittoner should never approve or represent a person as verified outside the official Daittons verification process.

Build the Local Network

Help Daittons develop a strong network of Daittoners across your country.

This may involve identifying Daittoners in areas where customers are likely to need:

  • Transport
  • Personal Assistance
  • Business Visitor Assistance
  • Remote Assistance
  • Relocation
  • Accommodation

The objective is to build useful local coverage rather than simply recruit as many people as possible.

Support Service Quality

Help encourage Daittoners to maintain professional standards.

This may include:

  • Encouraging good communication
  • Supporting customers and Daittoners when issues arise
  • Identifying recurring service problems
  • Promoting the Daittons Code of Conduct
  • Reporting serious concerns to Daittons

Country Daittoners are not expected to personally supervise every service.

Help Connect Customers and Daittoners

Customers may find assistance by:

Browsing Daittoner profiles, or

Submitting an Assistance Request.

The Country Daittoner can help strengthen the local network so customers have access to suitable Daittoners in their country.

Dispute Support

One of the important responsibilities of a Country Daittoner is helping with local dispute support.

When a customer and Daittoner cannot resolve a problem themselves, Daittons may refer the matter to the relevant Country Daittoner.

The Country Daittoner may:

  • Communicate with both parties
  • Understand the circumstances
  • Review relevant information
  • Request evidence
  • Clarify what was originally agreed
  • Facilitate communication
  • Encourage a practical resolution
  • Escalate serious matters to Daittons

The Country Daittoner does not act as a court, regulator or lawyer and should not make representations outside their authority.

Country Daittoner Commission

The Country Daittoner’s remuneration comes from the Daittons commission.

The current transaction allocation is:

88% — Daittoner
10% — Daittons
2% — Country Daittoner

For example, where a customer pays R1,000 for a completed service:

  • Daittoner — R880
  • Daittons — R100
  • Country Daittoner — R20

The Country Daittoner’s 2% is paid from the Daittons commission and does not reduce the Daittoner’s 88% share.

This structure allows Country Daittoners to participate in the growth of the local network through completed transactions.
