A Standard Host is a verified host approved to offer services through Daittons.

An Elite Host is a higher-tier verified host with stronger positioning on the platform and an Elite badge displayed on their profile.

12. Does verification mean Daittons guarantees the host?

No. Verification is designed to support trust and platform quality, but it is not a guarantee of every outcome or every host action. Visitors should still review profiles carefully, confirm arrangements clearly and use reasonable judgment.

13. Can I contact a host directly?

Yes. If you browse hosts and find a suitable option, you can contact the host directly and discuss the support you need.

Yes. You may use Daittons to arrange support for a student, family member, employee, guest or other person who needs support in a destination.

15. What should I confirm before booking a host?

Before proceeding, confirm:

  • the service needed
  • the destination
  • the date and time
  • the final price
  • whether extras may apply
  • the payment method
  • any cancellation or waiting-time terms

16. What if I do not want to search for a host myself?

Use Daittons Matching if you want Daittons to help identify and shortlist a suitable host for you.

17. Can I post a request even if I am not sure which host I need?

Yes. Posting a service request is a good option if you know the support you need but do not yet know which host would be the best fit.

18. What happens after I post a service request?

Suitable hosts in that destination may respond or apply if they are a good fit. You can then review your options and decide who to proceed with.

19. What if I have a problem with a host?

If you have a serious issue involving a host, you should report it to Daittons as soon as possible with the relevant details so the matter can be reviewed from a platform trust and oversight perspective.

20. Does Daittons operate in only one city?

Daittons is designed as a destination-based platform and may operate across multiple cities and destinations as it grows.
