If you already know the support you need, you can post a service request on Daittons and allow suitable hosts in that destination to apply through the platform.

This option is free for visitors and works well when you would rather describe your needs once and receive interest from relevant hosts instead of searching profiles one by one.

You can post service requests for destination support such as:

• shopping assistance
• local guidance
• accommodation support
• homestay hosting / accommodation sharing
• destination companion services
• family support & childcare assistance

How it works

1. Sign up and post your request

Create your visitor account on Daittons and complete the service request form with the destination, service needed, dates, timing and any important details.

2. Your request is published on the platform

Once posted, your request becomes available to suitable hosts in that destination and category.

3. Suitable hosts apply through the platform

Hosts who believe they are a good fit for your request can apply through Daittons and express interest in assisting you.

4. Review, shortlist and select

You can review the host applications received, shortlist the options you prefer and select a host through the platform.

5. Finalise the arrangement

Once you have chosen a host, you can proceed with the service arrangement and confirm the final details with the host.

Why use a service request?

Posting a service request is a good option if:

• you do not want to browse many host profiles one by one
• you want suitable hosts to come to you
• you want to compare interest from different hosts
• your request is specific and you want to explain it clearly once
• you want to shortlist and choose from host applications through the platform

Important note

Posting a request on Daittons is free for visitors, but the actual support service is usually arranged directly with the host you select.

Hosts on Daittons are independent Daittons Partners and generally charge visitors directly for the services they provide. Daittons may maintain pricing guidance and starting-rate fee schedules for services on the platform, but final pricing is usually agreed between the visitor and the host.
