To grow this network, we are looking for Host Recruiters who can help us identify suitable hosts in their city or network and guide them toward joining Daittons.

If you know drivers, assistants, local guides, shopping assistants, interpreters, accommodation support providers or other service-oriented people who could serve visitors professionally, the Daittons Host Recruiter role may be for you.

What does a Host Recruiter do?

A Host Recruiter helps Daittons grow its host network by identifying, introducing and encouraging suitable people to join the platform as Verified Destination Hosts.

This includes helping us find people who can offer services such as:

• arrival pick-up and transfer
• daily transport
• private chauffeur services
• personal or private assistance
• shopping assistance
• messenger and errand support
• meet and greet or local guidance
• accommodation support
• language support
• business visitor support

As a Host Recruiter, your role is not to verify or approve hosts yourself. Your role is to help Daittons connect with the right people and move them into our application and onboarding process.

What kind of people can you recruit?

You can recruit people who are reliable, presentable, service-oriented and suitable to work with visitors in a professional way.

This may include people such as:

• private drivers and transport providers
• executive or event chauffeurs
• local assistants and errand runners
• shopping assistants
• accommodation support providers
• language interpreters
• student support or relocation support helpers
• business visitor support assistants
• trustworthy local guides and meet-and-greet hosts

The most important thing is not simply finding “anyone.” We are looking for people who can represent Daittons well and deliver a good visitor experience.

How you can earn as a Host Recruiter

Host Recruiters earn when they bring real value to Daittons through quality host referrals.

Your earnings may include:

Host Verification Commission

Earn when a host you referred is approved and pays the Daittons verification fee.

Host Activation Incentive

Earn when a referred host completes onboarding, sets up their profile correctly and becomes active on the platform.

Subscription-Based Partner Earnings

Where applicable, you may earn a limited recurring incentive for hosts you referred who move onto a paid Daittons subscription after the free launch period.

All commissions or incentives are subject to Daittons approval, host quality standards and partner terms.
