Become a Daittons Campus Recruiter
Help students and parents access trusted destination support — and earn by connecting Daittons to student arrivals, accommodation support needs and student-focused host opportunities.
Daittons is building a trusted network of Verified Destination Hosts who support visitors in new destinations with services such as arrival pick-up, daily transport, shopping assistance, accommodation support, language support, local guidance and settling-in help.
One of the strongest use cases for Daittons is student destination support — especially when students are arriving in a new city for university, college, training, relocation or temporary academic programs.
To support this, we are inviting Campus Recruiters to help us connect with students, parents, accommodation circles and student-focused host opportunities in key destinations.
If you are active in student communities, campus networks, accommodation circles or parent support spaces, this role may be for you.
What is a Daittons Campus Recruiter?
A Daittons Campus Recruiter is a student-market growth partner who helps us build both student demand and student-focused host capacity around universities, colleges and education destinations.
This role is designed for people who understand student arrival and settling-in challenges and can help Daittons connect with the right students, parents, accommodation circles and support providers.
A Campus Recruiter may help Daittons in two ways:
1. Demand generation
By referring students or parents who need destination support in a new city.
2. Host recruitment
By identifying suitable hosts who can support student arrivals, shopping, accommodation check-ins, local guidance, language support or settling-in needs.
What student needs can you help us with?
Campus Recruiters can help Daittons reach students and parents who need support such as:
- airport, bus station or train station pick-up
- accommodation check-in support
- residence or student housing support
- grocery, bedding and essentials shopping
- local guidance and destination orientation
- language support where needed
- move-in or settling-in support
- student transport support
- help navigating a new city during the early days of arrival
What kinds of hosts can you help us find?
A Campus Recruiter may also help us identify suitable student-focused hosts, such as people who can provide:
- student arrival pick-up and transfer
- student shopping support
- student accommodation support
- local guidance around campuses and nearby areas
- student-focused language support
- student settling-in support
- transport support for student errands and appointments
What does a Campus Recruiter do?
As a Campus Recruiter, you may help Daittons by:
- introducing Daittons to students, parents and guardians who need destination support
- connecting us to student WhatsApp groups, student communities or parent circles
- helping us reach student accommodation operators or residence contacts
- identifying host opportunities around campuses and student-heavy areas
- encouraging suitable student-focused hosts to apply to Daittons
- helping us understand student pain points and demand patterns in a city
You are helping Daittons build a practical support bridge for students arriving in unfamiliar destinations.
Who makes a good Campus Recruiter?
A strong Campus Recruiter is someone who:
- is connected to students, parents, student communities or accommodation circles
- understands the practical challenges of moving to or studying in a new city
- communicates clearly and professionally
- can help us identify both demand and host opportunities
- is organised, responsive and trustworthy
- values helping students and families access practical support in a new environment
This role may suit:

How you can earn as a Campus Recruiter
Campus Recruiters may earn through one or more of the following:
Student / Parent Referral Earnings
Earn when a student, parent or guardian you referred pays Daittons for a destination support arrangement, coordination service or settling-in support package.
Host Recruitment Earnings
Earn when a suitable host you referred is approved, pays the Daittons verification fee and completes onboarding.
Ongoing Growth Opportunities
Strong Campus Recruiters may later be considered for broader Daittons city, student or partner opportunities as the platform grows into more campuses and education destinations.
All earnings are subject to Daittons approval, payment completion, quality standards and partner terms.
Why this role matters

- help understanding the local area
- assistance settling in during the first few days
Parents and guardians often want reassurance that someone trustworthy can assist their child in the new city.
Campus Recruiters help Daittons connect to that need in a structured, local and trusted way.
